Speaker:  Paul Menes, Esq.

This workshop will cover basic copyright and trademark issues in the digital age, including—social networking sites; blogs; and digital distribution contexts, both for an artist's own content and those of others they use in these contexts.  The workshop will also cover infringement and fair use issues online and dispel the popular myth that "if it's on the internet, it's free to use".
