  care providers; Comprehensive listing of free clinics providing  health services to the under-insured and un-insured; Fractured Atlas  Membership-- A partnership, FREE to CACLA members with this New York based  non-profit organization that serves a national community of artists and  arts organizations, will allow CACLA to offer studio, general liability,  event, rental, and health insurance at reduced fees, as well as access to  other benefits.
