  • Do you know an artist or writer who's looking for affordable live-work space?

This is a call to form a multicultural, intentional community of creative people - artists and writers - on the South edge of Koreatown at Washington and Westmoreland Blvd.  In a six bedroom house in historic Harvard Heights, we will establish a creative, live-work community. 

For visual artists it is an opportunity to have a space to create in and exhibit new work.  Writers can stage table readings to hear their characters out loud and get insights from their peers.  The common goal of this group of people will be to support the creation and sharing of our crafts, ideas and voices.  

We have three bedrooms available that come with separate studio space behind the house at $1200 and $1150.  We also have an attic live/work studio at $1200.  The house has 3 bathrooms and all utilities are included. 

As an arts collective, we will take an active role in the neighborhood council and in projects that make a positive impact in the surrounding community.  We want people who can respect the space and their housemates, are honest, communicate in healthy ways, get along with others, want to share their talent and energy and are open to growing with the experience.

Epson 2200 printer available. Software included, USB cable, roll paper holder and power adapter. Manual not available but it can be downloaded.

Canon matt photo paper left 8.5x11

Giclée Printer universal chip resetter using Epson K2 pigment inks and have only used Epson ink in the printer. It prints 13"x19" and can print up to 44" long with roll-paper . It will print on canvas, archival water color paper, fabric, wood and metal.

Epson 3170 flat bed scanner 8.5x"14" and scans film/slides from 35mm thru 2 1/4"x3 1/4" in size. Software plus silverfast SE scanning software, the USB cable, power adapter and the film holders. the manual can be downloaded
